Wilton Rancheria Legal Aid Application Guidance

The Wilton Rancheria Interim Legal Aid Program is designed to support Tribal Members in accessing quality legal services for a variety of personal legal matters. This application initiates your request for assistance under the program, which provides funding for eligible legal services such as family law, estate planning, employment issues, and more. Please complete all sections of this form and include the required documentation to ensure timely review by Member Services. Submission of this application indicates your agreement to the terms outlined in the Legal Aid Program Policy. If you meet all qualifications, an agreement for services will be provided to you.

Wilton Rancheria Agreement for use of Legal Aid Fees

I, acknowledge receipt of Legal Aid Program funds from Wilton Rancheria. I agree that if these funds are not used according to the Wilton Rancheria Legal Aid Program guidelines, then I will repay the unauthorized amount received to the Tribe. I further agree that any debt owed to the Tribe must be settled with the Tribe and may include withholding of other benefits such as General Welfare distributions and/or Per Capita distributions. Additionally, upon completion of the legal services, I will return any remaining funds disbursed that were not exhausted by the legal services provided pursuant to this program.
